CEU Course Description
This course provides behavioral health professionals and primary care medical providers  
with an introduction to extended-release injectable naltrexone in the treatment of people
with opioid dependence, and also includes information about extended-release injectable
naltrexone, clinical strategies that may be used to select, initiate, and administer treatment,
and how it compares with other medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options.

CEU Course Objectives
1.  Identify which health care professionals are able to prescribe extended-release
injectable naltrexone and substances which substances are opioid agonists and
antagonists.
3.  Learn the elements of proper administration procedures of extended-release injectable
naltrexone.
