Tobacco Cessation ~ Quit Smoking Now!

Structure of Program:

Day 1: Quit Date

You will be guided through a relaxing hypnosis session that
will help you to achieve your goals and reprogram you
subconscious associations with cigarettes. When you leave
the session you will be able to manage withdrawal from
nicotine, practice the new learnings you have acquired and
leave a non-smoker.

Day 2: Tobacco Freedom

On day two, you will meet with your hypnotherapist to discuss
any difficulties you have had and to reaffirm the decision you
have made to be a non-smoker.

Your hypnotherapist will review your progress and develop a
second hypnosis session focusing on any specific concerns
you have such as social pressure, withdrawal, weight-gain or
other issues unique to your own situation.

Follow-up

Those who complete this program are then eligible to attend
an optional third session within the next 90 days. This third
session can be used to focus on relapse prevention, any
unique difficulties a person has, or to simply learn some of
the new skills hypnosis has to offer.

           Good Reasons for Quitting

More than 430,000 Americans die each year from smoking.
Smoking causes illnesses such as cancer, heart disease,
stroke, problems with pregnancy, and lung disease.

When you quit:
Your chances of getting sick from smoking will be less.
You will have more energy and breathe easier.
If you are pregnant, your baby will get more oxygen and be
healthier.
The people you live with, especially your children, will be
healthier. Breathing in other people's smoke can cause
asthma and other health problems.
You will have more money to spend on things other than
cigarettes.
